Storytelling

I would tell the tale: "The three little pigs".

BEFORE: I would create posters with the images of the tree little pigs and a big one with the wolf's one and  show the posters to the children to introduce the characters to them.

DURING:  The kids would sit on the floor in a circle, and I'd start reading. I am sure I would enjoy speaking with three different voices. One lazy for the lazy pig, one more active for the second one and the third pig's one should be very very serious. I am sure that the children would be expecting   what each pig is going to say.

And then!!!! When the wolf first appears in the story, I would show the big poster with the wolf on it and and would speak with a very scary voice and also perform with my body how a wolf acts, specially when the wolf orders: "Come out, I want to speak to you!".

AFTER: After telling the story, I would briefly explained the meaning of the story, about being lazy or not and the importance of a  job well done, and I would ask the kids to coloured sheets with this image:
